Where does the data come from?
All data is sourced directly from the NESO (National Energy System Operator) TEC Register and Embedded Register — the official public records of all grid connection applications in Great Britain.
What does the opportunity score mean?
The opportunity score (0–100, lower = better) is a composite metric combining Gate 2 readiness percentage (60%), competition density (25%), and technology diversity (15%). GREEN zones have the most opportunity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — and within the first 15 days you can get a full refund, no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings or email hello@gridlens.tech. After 15 days, all subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment; cancel anytime with no penalty.
What does Grid Reinforcement cover today?
Starter ships with DNO Network Development Plan data for major UK constraint sites (~65 GSPs as of March 2026). NESO ETYS, NESO NOA / CSNP Refresh, and thesis-flip risk projections ship in Q3 2026 alongside Growth tier.
Is there a free trial?
We don't run a separate trial: a Free account gives you the interactive map and zone status indefinitely so you can evaluate the product without paying. When you upgrade to Starter, the first 15 days are protected by the refund guarantee — if it isn't useful, ask for your money back.
Do you cover countries beyond the UK?
We currently cover Great Britain. Additional markets are on the roadmap — join the waitlist to be notified.
